Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. (1 can) pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Add raisins, nuts and water. Stir well.
Grease and flour 2 bread tins.
Place 1/2 mixture in each tin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
