Low-Fat Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Blend sugar and cocoa in a small saucepan.
    Gradually add hot water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Boil and stir for 2 minutes.
    Add milk.
    Heat thoroughly. Stir occasionally.
    Do not boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Serve hot.
    Makes two 7 ounce servings.
