1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. dark rum
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 lb. shrimp in shells (medium or large)
Preparation

Leaving shells on protects shrimp from burning during grilling.
Size is important.
The bigger shrimp, the easier they are to peel.
