Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water and margarine until almost boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Return to heat, beat vigorously with wooden spoon until ball forms.
    Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating constantly, until eggs disappear. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet, forming 12 large or 20 small puffs.
    Bake immediately at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and cook until beads of moisture disappear.
