Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cup oil
    2 cups ripe mashed bananas
    1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients, stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on rack.
    Freezes well.
