Old Fashioned Buckwheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (not hot - to 115~)
    2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in hot water
    1 c. Gold Medal flour
    2 c. buckwheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Add yeast mixture to two cups cold water.
    Stir in the flour and buckwheat flour.
    Add salt.
    Beat vigorously until smooth. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
    In the morning, add molasses, melted butter and soda dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, then bake on hot griddle.
    Serve with sausage and maple syrup.
