One Hour Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast or 2 pkg dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 c. shortening, melted
    1 1/2 c. warm buttermilk
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and shortening. Add remaining ingredients, beating until smooth. Let rise 10 minutes. Shape into rolls. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
