Company Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple, drained
    3 bananas, diced
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. whipped cream
    sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Cool.
    Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
    Chill in large flat dish.
    Heat pineapple juice in top
    of double boiler.
    Add flour and sugar to beaten egg.
    Mix with juice and cool until thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spread over Jell-O.
    Shred cheese over all.
    If desired, top with chopped nuts.
    Chill and serve.
