Valentine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. cherry gelatin
    1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Bring juice to a boil.
    Pour over gelatin. Cool.
    Add pineapple and cottage cheese.
    Fold in whipped cream and nuts.
    Chill until firm.
    Salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
    Makes 18 servings.
