Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 c. chopped Vidalia onion
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients; pour into pie shell and sprinkle top with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
