Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. tomato ketchup
Preparation
    Slice stems and scoop out seeds.
    Blanch in boiling salted water 5 minutes; drain well.
    Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients.
    Stuff peppers.
