Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
    1/3 c. pecans, chopped finely
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
    Let cool, peel and mash.
    Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter.
    Beat at medium speed until smooth.
    Spoon into lightly greased 12 x 18 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine brown sugar, pecans, flour and 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle mixture over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
