Venison Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. deer steak, cut up
meat tenderizer
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil or shortening
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. liquid Banquet browning sauce
1 qt. hot water
Preparation
-
Sprinkle meat with tenderizer.
Add salt and pepper.
Roll meat in flour.
Fry on medium heat until brown.
Take up and put in a crock-pot until you have cooked all the meat.
