Vanilla Ice Cream(Yields 1 Gallon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 large can Pet milk (13 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    7 to 8 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar slowly, beating until mixture thickens.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Don't add milk yet.
    Pour mixture into ice cream freezer and add the 7 to 8 cups of milk to the fill line on the freezer.
    Put on lid and crank until frozen.
