Pecan Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. hot milk
1/2 c. pecan meats, ground
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. Vegex or other beef-like flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
parsley flakes
Preparation

Heat milk.
Add beef-like flavoring.
Pour over cracker crumbs and egg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
