Horseradish Sauce(Pepperrot Saus) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
parsley

Preparation

Blend all ingredients well.
Chill until ready to serve.
Good with fish.
