Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar and dill. Let stand until bubbly for 15 minutes. Add the rest of the sugar, milk, butter and salt. Stir in flour to make a sticky dough. Place in well-greased 9 x 5-inch bread pan and cover with well-greased foil.
Let rise 35 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake for 35 minutes.
