24-Hour Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small whole eggs
4 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. diced pineapple
2 c. Royal Anne white cherries
2 c. oranges, diced and seeded
2 c. marshmallows
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Beat the eggs; add sugar and pineapple juice.
Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
When cool, add whipping cream.
Prepare pineapple, cherries, oranges and marshmallows. Add to previously cooked dressing mixture.
Slice maraschino cherries on top.
Cool in refrigerator for 24 hours.
