Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Mix well. Drop by spoonful in oil in electric frypan at 400\u00b0. When brown, turn over and brown the other side.
Serve with ham or pork chops.
