Lemon Curd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    3 well beaten eggs
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and cornstarch.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook over hot water in double boiler until thickened.
