Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. butter
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 lb. diced cheese
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix the flour with the sugar in a saucepan with juice drained from pineapple, the beaten egg and the butter.
    Cook until thick. Cool about 15 minutes.
    Stir into mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
