Taku Smokeries Famous Pat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sockeye salmon
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dill weed
    few pinches of black pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin
    and finely shred the smoked salmon.
    Add softened cream cheese in small chunks.
    Process all ingredients in food processor until blended well.
    Enjoy with crackers, bagels or bread.

    Alaska.
