Ingredients

1 lb. dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks well.
Add sugar.
Beat well.
Add cream, salt and vanilla, then add melted butter.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold egg whites in last.
Pour into two unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven to 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until done (until pie is firm).
