Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and chicken bouillon cube.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
    Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture to hot vegetables, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Makes 4 1/4 cup servings.
