Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserving liquid)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) container whipped toping
    2 c. peeled and sliced Delicious apples
    1 1/2 c. crushed salted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix marshmallows with drained pineapple and let set at room temperature 3 to 4 hours.
    Combine flour, sugar, pineapple liquid, egg and vinegar and saucepan.
    Cook on low until thick.
    Cool. Fold in whipped topping and apples.
    Combine marshmallow mixture with apple mixture in large bowl.
    Top with peanuts.
    Yields 10 servings.
