Grasshopper Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    4 or 5 drops of green food coloring
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Place cream cheese in a small mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes or until softened. Stir together flour, 1/3 cup sugar and cocoa. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture onto the bottom of an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
