Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut-up celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large can drained tuna
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    1 c. salted cashew nuts
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Reserve 1/2 cup chow mein noodles.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into ungreased pan or casserole dish.
    Sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top.
    Bake 30 minutes (uncovered) in a 350\u00b0 oven. Yields 8 to 12 servings.
