Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweet potatoes (40 oz.)
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can water (8 oz.)
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Drain juice from sweet potatoes and mash.
Add all ingredients.
Pour in souffle dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
