Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. venison roast
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic or 1 whole garlic clove, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    hot sauce to taste
    dash of pepper
    2 c. dry white wine
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Place roast in a roaster pan with all ingredients, adding flour and wine last.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
