Never Fail Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (regular or lite)
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 shakes garlic powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cut cheese in cubes and allow to soften.
    Knead together and add other ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Spread pecans on waxed paper.
    Make mixture into a ball and roll over pecans until ball is completely covered.
    Wrap in foil and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers, vegetables, etc.
