Buckwheat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buckwheat flour
    1 c. white flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and molasses in lukewarm water.
    Scald milk. Add salt and cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast.
    Add buckwheat flour and white flour gradually.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place.
    Cook as pancakes.
