Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box 10x sugar
    1 1/4 lb. butter, soften
    1 tsp. cocoa
    cold coffee to moisten
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat first 3 ingredients on low speed.
    Add enough coffee to moisten.
    Spread between layers.
    Blend unsalted roasted peanuts into frosting to use on top layer.
    Makes enough for 3 layers.
    Great on devil's food cake.
