Hot Caramel Over Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag caramel squares
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    6 cold, hard juicy apples, sliced in wedges
Preparation
    Unwrap individual caramels and place in microwave bowl with cream cheese.
    Melt in microwave for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 minutes at a time and stir afterwards.
    Repeat melting process until creamy.
    Then pour over cold apple wedges.
    Let caramel cool a little bit and indulge.
