Stuffed Acorn Squash For The Holidays - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash
    2 c. chopped cooking apples
    3/4 c. chopped fresh cranberries
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
    Place cut sides down in a shallow baking dish.
    Add water to about 1 inch depth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn cut side up and sprinkle with salt. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into squash halves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until squash is tender.
    Serves 4.
