Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches green onions, sliced
    2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    4 chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 pkg. Japanese style vegetables
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil and cook first 6 ingredients until chicken is white and mushrooms are tender.
    Add vegetables; cook until tender.
    Serve over rice.
