Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. salsa or picante sauce

Preparation

Mix eggs and salsa; stir in cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
