Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 4 skinless chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 box Stove Top stuffing, divided into 3 portions
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
Cool.
Debone chicken and cut up into bite size pieces.
Mix soup and broth together.
Bring to a boil, stirring until well mixed.
Melt margarine and mix stuffing into melted margarine.
Layer one layer of stuffing, layer of chicken and half of soup mixture in casserole dish.
Repeat steps. Use remaining stuffing to put on top.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
