No-Knead Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. soft Crisco
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Pour water in large mixing bowl.
    Add yeast.
    Let stand a few minutes.
    Stir
    to\tdissolve.
    Add\thalf
    the flour, the sugar, salt, shortening
    and egg.\tBeat until smooth, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Add rest
    of the flour.
    Scrape the sides of bowl. Cover and let rise
    in
    warm place until double in bulk (about 30 minutes). Grease
    muffin pans and spoon in batter, filling half full.
    Let rise
    until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
