Chicken With Lime Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oil
    1 lime, juiced
    8 Tbsp.oleo
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. chives
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
    Brown in hot oil about 4 minutes.
    Cook 10 minutes (fork-tender).
    Drain oil.
    Remove chicken.
    Add lime and cook on low until bubbling. Add oleo and stir until opaque and thick.
    Stir in chives and dill.
    Serve with rice.
