Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1 large pkg. flour tortillas
1 medium can green chilies, chopped
1 c. (2%) milk
Preparation

Thaw turkey, wash and pat dry.
Remove giblets.
Rub salt in neck cavity and inside cavity.
Place turkey in large brown paper grocery bag and clip shut with clip clothes pins.
Place in roasting pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes per pound.
Check for doneness approximately 1/2 hour before time should be up.
The turkey usually cooks faster then when just in a pan.
I usually cook my turkey breast side down.
The turkey is not quite as pretty when done, but the breast meat is a lot moister.
