Tuna Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. can water packed tuna
    1 hard-cooked egg, diced
    1 Tbsp. celery, diced
    4 tsp. mayonnaise (expand 8, small amount of milk)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Serve on lettuce leaf with tomato wedges or serve as sandwich filling.
    Yield:
    4 servings. Carbohydrate 0 g, protein 14 g, fat 6 g, calories 110.
    One serving = 2 meat low-fat exchange; 1 sandwich = 2 meat low-fat exchange, 2 bread starch exchange.
