Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except nuts and mix with electric mixer.
Mix nuts last into batter.
Divide dough into quantities for three small pans or 2 large ones.
I use 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
Grease pans before putting in dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Bread freezes well.
