Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 small garlic clove
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. cilantro
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Finely chop tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro and oregano.
    Mix all ingredients together and cover.
    Refrigerate in glass or plastic container for up to five days.
    Makes about 3 cups.
