Lemon Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 lemon rind, grated
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar and eggs.
    In another bowl, mix margarine, milk, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Add lemon mixture to flour mixture.
    Pour into 9-inch crust or 8 pastry shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with dollop of whipped topping.
