Easy Shepherds Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, thin sliced
    1 c. sliced celery
    instant mashed potatoes for 6 servings (about 3 c.)
    1 (16 oz.) peas and carrots
    1 (3/4 or 7/8 oz.) brown gravy mix
    2 c. (about 12 oz.) cubed, cooked ham
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Mix all except potatoes.
    Spoon in mounds around top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
