Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 stick oleo.
    Add this to cooked rice with Cheez Whiz.
    Stir until Cheez Whiz is melted. Add cream-style corn and salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes, until thick.
