Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs at high speed, then lower speed.
Add milk, butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.
Beat until smooth.
Mixture should be consistency of thick cream.
Heat skillet and butter lightly. Pour batter on skillet as to size you want.
When bubbles form on top, turn quickly and brown other side.
Serve with jelly or syrup.
