Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, quartered
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
    1 ring cream sausage (Klabasy)
Preparation
    Put 1/2 cup water into skillet.
    Add ring sausage.
    Cook until water evaporates and sausage is browned (pierce slightly to remove grease).
    Put potatoes into casserole.
    Cover with 1/2 of tomato soup.
    Lay sausage on top.
    Pour remaining soup on top.
    Cover; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve with salad; makes a nice easy meal.
    Serves 4.
