Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

eggs
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. mustard
paprika
Preparation

Put eggs in pan, boil gently for 15 minutes.
Run under cold running water to let them cool down.
Peel the shells, cut eggs in half.
Remove yolks and mash until fine.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper, vinegar and mustard.
Mix all together until well blended. Refill egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
