Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick margarine or less, melted in casserole dish
1 or 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
Ritz crackers, crushed (1/2 to 3/4 stack pack)
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package.
In small bowl, mix mushroom soup, cheese and mayonnaise.
Place broccoli in casserole dish.
Add soup, cheese and mayonnaise mixture.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
